RETURNS & REFUNDS
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. Items must be unused and returned with all included parts and accessories. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions. Do not send returns to Amazon or to a supplier.
Return shipping
For a return because you changed your mind or no longer want the item, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. We do not charge a restocking fee. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us and we will work with you to arrange an appropriate solution, including a replacement or refund where applicable, without charging you return shipping. Please include your order number and clear photos when relevant.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will email you with the decision. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method, generally within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable for a change-of-mind return, except where required by law or where the return is due to our error.
Order cancellations
You may request cancellation while the item has not yet been prepared for fulfillment. Once fulfillment has started, we may not be able to stop or cancel the shipment. If your order has already shipped, the return policy above applies.
Shipping delays or missing packages
If tracking appears delayed, contact us at animevlog1000@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier. Tracking estimates are not guarantees. If a package is confirmed lost or an order arrives with a problem, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution.

This policy applies to purchases from Otaku Domain; return or refund terms offered by a third-party marketplace or supplier do not automatically apply to orders placed on our store.
